  • Pancard Services

    A PAN card is a unique 10-digit alphanumeric identity issued by the Income Tax Department of India to individuals, firms and companies for tax purposes. PAN card serves as a proof of identity and can be used for financial transactions such as opening a bank account, receiving taxable income and making investments. PAN card is mandatory for individuals who earn above a certain income threshold and for companies conducting financial transactions above a specified limit. PAN card is also linked to the individual's Aadhaar number for easier tracking of financial transactions. PAN card is an important document for all financial dealings and it is advisable to apply for one if you don't have one yet.

  • Digital Signature

    A digital signature is an electronic form of a signature that is used to authenticate and secure online transactions.   • Private Limited Company registration

    Private Limited Company registration is a process of legally registering a company as a separate legal entity in India. A private limited company is a type of business structure that is privately owned and offers limited liability protection to its owners. To register a private limited company, the following steps need to be followed:

    1. 1.Choose a unique company name and get it approved by the Registrar of Companies.
    2. 2.Obtain Director Identification Number (DIN) and Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for all the directors of the company.
    3. 3.Prepare and file the incorporation documents such as Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association with the Registrar of Companies.
    4. 4.Obtain PAN and TAN for the company.
    5. 5.Obtain a certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies.
    6. 6.Open a current bank account in the name of the company.
    7. 7.Obtain licenses and permits required for the business operations.

  • Udyam (MSME) Registration

    Every type of business entity can obtain Udyog Aadhar, be it Hindu Undivided Family, Proprietorship, one-person company, Partnership Firm, production company, limited company, private limited company, limited liability partnership, co-operative societies or any association of persons or any other undertaking. But you should know that there are a set of criteria that an entity has to meet in order to be classified as a medium, small or micro enterprise for obtaining the MSME registration.If you own a company or an enterprise, then you should check if your entity can be classified as a medium, small or micro industry under the criteria defined in the MSMED Act, 2006 for checking your eligibility.

  • GST Registration

    Every supplier whose aggregate turnover exceeds Rs. 20 Lacs in a financial year is liable to get himself registered within 30 days, in a State from where he makes taxable supplies. Further, a casual taxable person or a non-resident taxable person shall apply for registration at least 5 days prior to the commencement of business.   • TAN Apply

    TAN - Tax Deduction Account Number or Tax Collection Account Number - is a ten-digit alphanumeric number issued by government agency Income Tax Department. TAN is to be obtained by individuals responsible for deducting tax at source (TDS) or collecting tax at source (TCS). The rules pertaining to the same can be found under Section 203A of the Income Tax Act, 1961. However, a person who has to deduct tax under Section 194-IA of the Income Tax Act does not have to obtain TAN, rather he or she can use their PAN instead.

  • Import & Export Registration

    Import Export (IE) Code is a registration required for persons importing or exporting goods and services from India. IE Code is issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce and Industries, Government of India.

  • EPF & ESI Registration

    The registration of an establishment under the provident fund organisation becomes mandatory, the moment total number of employees in the organisation reaches twenty in number.   • Food License

    FSSAI registration is required for all petty food business operator. Petty food business operator is any person or entity who: Manufactures or sells any article of food himself or a petty retailer, hawker, itinerant vendor or temporary stall holder; or Distributes foods including in any religious or social gathering except a caterer; or Other food businesses including small scale or cottage or such other industries relating to food business or tiny food businesses with an annual turnover not exceeding Rs 12 lakhs. FSSAI license is granted for a period of 1 to 5 years as request by the food business operator. Higher fee would be applicable for obtaining FSSAI license for more years. If registration is obtained for one or two years, then the license can be renewed by making an application, no later than 30 days prior to the expiry date of the FSSAI license
